The living will is an online software that is mainly aimed at medical practices and law firms, as well as clinics and care facilities as licensees.
The software comprises four main parts with different accesses:
- License-based living will - Creation of living wills with consultation
- Online living will - self-creation by customers without pre-existing conditions and without a consultation
- Emergency access - emergency card, emergency physicians and clinics
- Administration - Administration of licensees and content data, invoice creation/administration and CMS
Customer overview - the control center
The central customer overview (customer list) provides the clerk with all the information and functions for managing existing customers and creating new customers.
Information can be printed out in advance or created or sent to new customers by e-mail. Extensive filter functions make it easy to find customers, even with a large customer base.
For each customer there is an informative brief overview of the customer data and the status of the living will, as well as the option to write an e-mail directly to the customer.
Customer registration
A living will begins with the registration of a new customer. All master data and the typing (with or without pre-existing conditions) of the customer are defined. The correct typing is decisive for the program as to which topics and texts are selected for the subsequent living will.
Other features include the entry of a life partner, the definition of trusted persons and health care proxies, as well as the recording of medication and medical history.
Printouts for preparing the living will
The printout preparation consists of many individual print documents and a list of questions in advance. The documents can be printed individually or as a whole.
The print output is displayed in a WYSISYG preview and can be printed later using the browser print function. Page numbers, chapter, question and subtopic numbering are generated for the output.
The consultation
During the consultation, the personal living will is created step by step together with the customer by presenting specific questions and answers and the customer decides which of these are to be included in the living will. The standard texts provided can be adapted to the customer's personal circumstances.
Up to 4 customers can take part in a consultation at the same time, e.g. for spouses who each want to draw up a living will but in a joint consultation.
